Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Starlink Internet Australia Pty Ltd's relationship with you in relation to this website. 

1. SALES POLICY

• Pricing & Product Availability: The prices displayed on the  STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA website (the "Site") are quoted in AUD dollars and are valid and effective only within the Commonwealth of Australia. While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site.  STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA serves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.
• Content Accuracy: While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information, availability and product specifications. STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted). If we discover price errors, your order will be suspended and you will be contacted, given the corrected price information and given the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order.
• Product Condition: All of our products, unless specifically stated otherwise, are new.

2. PAYMENT, PRICE AND SHIPPING

Payment must be affected by credit card using the ordering facility on the website.

Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). In all other respects, the price is exclusive of taxes, duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with the supply of goods or services.

Our prices are also inclusive of off-peak shipping with a carrier of our choice. Where the customer selects a different form of shipping they will be charged as indicated on the Site.

3. BACK-ORDER POLICY

Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA can ship all items at one time. Most merchandise is in stock for immediate shipment and orders are processed within 24 hours.

If STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA should be temporarily out of stock on an item, customers are offered the choice on the Site to back-order the item or eliminate the item from the order. If no choice is made, the default is to back-order the item. STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA will back-order that item and ship the remainder of customer order immediately. Customers must specify if they would prefer to delay shipment until the entire order is complete. If there are extended delays in back-ordered items, STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA will email the customer with the details.

4. RETURN POLICY

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file claim with the carrier as STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA will not automatically accept returns for shipping damage.

If a product arrives defective or becomes defective during the warranty period of the product the customer must notify STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA within 10 days.  STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA will then arrange with the customer to exchange or receive a refund for the product, return shipping charges paid by STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA. For warranty information and claims, refer to the Product Warranty for each individual product.

Orders that result in a return for any other reason, e.g. wrong item ordered, refusal, etc., will incur return shipping charges, and a re-stocking base charge of 20%. Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns not meeting this standard will be assessed additional restocking charges determined at the sole discretion of STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA.

Before returning any product, contact STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA by telephone at 1300 131 933 or by email at admin@starlinkaustralia.com.au. Returns are handled through a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") procedure. STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA will issue the customer an RMA number, which must accompany the return shipment.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

• Limited Warranty: All products sold are warranted by STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA only to customers for use in business or in original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use in accordance with the limited product warranty of the item ordered from the date of purchase from STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA. Any product determined by STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, or at STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA's option, the purchase price refunded.
• Disclaimer of Liability: STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA provides no warranties or representations, whether express or implied beyond those explicitly stated in the Limited Warranty above. STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any product defect claims arising from misuse, incorrect product selection, or misapplication. Nothing in any product description should be interpreted as a guarantee of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA explicitly disclaims all liability for any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. In all circumstances, STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA’s total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

6. SITE DISCLAIMER

All content on this site is provided “as is,” and your use of the site is entirely at your own risk. STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA disclaims, and you waive any and all warranties and liabilities, whether express or implied, arising under law or otherwise, regarding this site and its content.

By accessing and using this Site, you agree that your access and use of this Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as governed by the laws in force in the State of Western Australia.  You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA logo may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without prior, written permission from STARLINK INTERNET AUSTRALIA.
